Any one here with a Nukeproof Scout 275? Quite tempted by one but there is no published size guides and their figures differ a little bit to other similar models (e.g. Whyte 901/5)
Just waiting to hear back from Nukeproof, otherwise I'll call them, but some real world observations would be handy
I'm 6ft1/90cm inside leg, my best guess was Large.
Thread hijack myself - any other similar bikes I'd be interested in hearing. Like the look of a 2.6 27.5, e.g. 901, Scout 275, Vitus Sentier
Theres a size guide on the product page on the CRC website

You'll need the 18" / Large frame if you are 6ft 1".
I had the medium 16.5" frame and it was fine but probably would have preferred the 18" (I'm just over 6ft)
Spot on thanks I hadn't found that CRC sizing guide
I’m 6ft and ride an XL Scout, my mates just under 6ft and rides a L.
I’ve tried his and feels too small for me but I do like to size up, over 6ft and I’d say go XL - one of the few frames where the XL doesn’t look like a gate as well which is nice.
I'm on a medium 2010 Rockhopper at the moment. The Scout has 20mm more reach than that according to my measurements, if that helps the L/XL decision.
If you're 6ft1 I'd say a medium Rockhopper is way too small for you, the Scout will feel big compared to that but will be a much better fit L or XL - for a general use trail bike I'd go XL
The 2018 frames are longer than the 2017 frames. I'm 6ft and ride a large 290, feels perfect. Was after something with roughly the same numbers as my enduro, makes it easy to swap between the two.

Just a follow up for the benefit of others. I bought the Large and it’s sized perfectly.
