Looking at buying a Nukeproof reactor 29er, what size would you recommend: (large, or XL ?) I'm right on the limit of either.

- 189cm (6:2ft), 84kgs, 33inch inside leg. Currently riding a Ragley Big Al XL

I had the same dilemma being on the boundary of M and L. TBH I don't know the answer 🙂 L does not feel particularly long for me. They also come with 45mm stems so you can easily knock 10mm off the reach to the bars. I did that, then shortened the bars down to 760 which made me put the 45mm back on again. So even though I sized up the length is fine.

That said, the bike is a bit of an odd one in some ways. It doesn't feel like I would expect an Enduro bike to feel, more like a big heavy trail bike, so maybe down-sizing it would make it feel more trail-ey? I dunno.

I'm 180cm but I still have a 32in inside leg, and the seatpost is almost all the way in bar about a cm. So perhaps on that basis don't get an XL as you may not be able to get the seat low enough.

If you're near Cardiff you can have a look at my L.

If an XL Big Al suits you, I'd say a large Reactor would feel tiny

I’m 6ft 2 and ride a carbon XL, 150mm Lyriks with a 170mm One Up dropper. The post is in as far as it’ll go and I definitely wouldn’t want it any higher.

Really liking the bike.

If you're on a big al XL I'd go XL reactor.

I've got an L reactor and I'm 183cm. It certainly doesn't feel too big.
