My sons has this Nukeproof mega from 2012. The headset is shot and was looking to replace it . The bike is standard so has the same Rockshoxx lyric forks . Anyone know exactly what headset bearing I need to order. Cane Creek used to do the headset finder but the results were inconclusive.
Thanks for your help folks.
Is it a tapered steerer?
I ran Pikes and early Lyriks on mine. The Pikes were tapered, the Lyriks straight.
The Hope pick and mix headsets will give you what you need.

I think it's the middle one you want here as the Mega had a 44 mm head tube.
Sorry, just re-read and see you only want to replace the bearings.
What headset is it?

Thanks for your help Kayak23 , I've not dropped the forks yet to look but Im thinking going by the head tube its tapered. To be honest I may find that I need the full headset and not just the bearings . Thanks again.
It's on the link you posted.

Bearing specs are on that page. It's a 44mm headtube.
