This is samuels xmas present. Forks are a temp measure till new year.

fork is a 2008 minute elite, will be looking for a reba 100/120mm.

weight is 24.76lb

What about an r7 elite or mrd rather than the Reba? Lighter and a soft Spring kit is available.
Ta for the weight, I was trying to work out either a kotori 24 or clash 24 as a dj frame but spawn haven't published frame weights. Have a svelte Manitou Durin for it already so, as always, trying to cut grams everywhere.

they don't make the R7 any more and I've not found the markhor in the right size but it is heavier than the reba. The fork is about 1780g although the wheels are pretty light - crest rims laced to DT swiss 240s front, 350 rear using DT aero light spokes. 565g front, 710 rear. XT rear 11-46 adds a few grams mind you.

There are a few 'new' R7's kicking about on ebay but I have no idea if these are genuine NOS or Chinese pattern parts.
