I'm building a new wheelset and like the look of the NS Bikes Roller front and Coaster Pro rear hubs, especially the built-in 'bolt through' axles. Does anyone know anything about them? Are they simply a bolted QR or do they screw into the hub like a Hope Pro 2 rear bolt-through?

A skewer with hex nuts on the ends instead of the QR lever.
