As title, I have some 142 26 wheels for the kids bike and then realized they are 142 and she is 135.
Possible?

Possible but it might depend on the hub model. (I know Hope hubs come with adaptors for 135 & 142 so it's likely an easy swap) Check SJS Cycles as they do quite a few end caps for Novatec.
They have adaptors for all of their hub models. I had to swap the axle to convert from 142 to 135. 5 mins job.

Thanks I have established that these are Novatec D882 which look easily convertible.
superstar hubs were also novatec, I found the cheapest for adapters posted.
