The helmet has never ever had any impact, touch wood. And not sure I believe all this uv degrades helmets etc.
I am planning on getting a new one soon, but seen as this is just used for commuting duties. I am looking for somethin nicererer for the MTB like a POC trabec or an urge helmet. Ill then use my giro hex for commuting, pads were only a fiver and to keep me going until I decide what I want.
