I recently serviced my RP3 at home with a seal kit, the stroke is smooth however the first 5-7mm of travel feels stiff then with a little more pressure gives? Its not really an issue as when on the bike its sits way past this into the sag. Just wondered if anyone had any ideas why it might be doing this?

When my RP3 was seviced by TF Tuned they found one of the seals had snagged inside the shock and that had exactly the same symptoms.
