Yes like, approve. Surely it's going in the wrong direction though...

Black rim decals? Just peel those off.

Tyre logos/valve alignment not quite right

I think that might be what the cupboard is smirking at. Looks like the OP tried for alignment but missed. Perhaps something on the other side aligns. We'd know if it was going in the correct direction.

Aside from the trip hazard, that cable could become wedged under the cupboard door upon opening due to insufficient clearance.

The bike is mint, very nice. Normal sized wheels?

ummmm no slightly bigger than normal wheels...

As for logos being aligned, some of you have some serious OCD.

One in the right direction.

What do you mean slightly bigger than normal?

Can't be 650B, it doesn't have 650B in huge letters anywhere on the frame, rims or tyres...

EDIT: Lovely bike by the way.

im afraid it is one of those new fangled 27.5 bikes.... but i like the fact its not plastered all over it, very small decals on the rims and tyres only!

😀

Lovely bike, really lovely. Why do I think it's screaming out for something though? I don't know what, just something to set it all off.

*ponders*

EDIT: It's too much black, that's what it is. Needs a dab of colour somewhere..

I really wanted to stay away from "bling" parts and just keep it in your face orange! and subtle black!

I was toying with changing the stickers on the Pikes to include a flash of Orange and Blue....

It's just my opinion, and I know what you mean, it's a fab looking bike, but (again IMO) could be outstanding with just something.

Imagine if you had hubs the same colour as frame (maybe pedal pins?). I know that's not going to happen, but do you see what I mean?

EDIT:

Yes, do it.

WANT

(P.s. I completely disagree with bearnecessities. So it is exactly that, opinion. Coloured frame, everything else black. Needs a black shock!)

Hexamstu, honestly though - you've got a bag of cash and are going to keep that bike, do you not think that some of your millions could just add a bit of something to make that bike complete?

Ditch the rim stickers, obtain 'Specialised' stealth black pike stickers...job done.

Just black and orange looks really good IMO.

I likes that. Even with the slightly oversized wheel, that rear rotor looks hoooj.
Orange is a good colour.

Well thats changed things. I'd go carbon Enve rims with orange decals. So maybe you were right all along, who knew? The black decals for the pikes sound good!

Think you can order the stickers through Loco...was thinking about it myself for my 'stealth' bandit. They look good on the stealth specialised bikes that I've seen.

Yup it's 160mm front forks.

Big rear rotors 203mm

Thanks for the feed back on the colour scheme. The more is talked about the more I want to introduce some small touches.nothing major just subtle bits.

Rim stickers first!

Even the dog knows it's not right, it's inspecting the alignment closely

He is commonly known in the house as the Ninja, He's stealthy, black and a thieving little Barsteward!

He doesn't like the Orange frame, he barks at it with disgust...

It's the valve/logos, to be fair I'd bark at them too

Outspoken - if you wanted a new saddle try a charge scoop with hints of blue to compliment the bike. I,m starting to like mine so much that I'm going to get another.

Rode it in wales this weekend, was very pleased with it. Needs fine tuning on the shocks but overall happy!

The longer stroke shocks on the v3 models are far easier to tune than the old short stroke fitted to the v2 frames. I had spacers and all sorts of tuning going on in my old v2's shock. It was like they were only really ever meant to work with a coil shock. 🙁

I ended up going to a Coil (CCDB) to get mine to behave and feel right.
