Following on from [url= http://singletrackmag.com/forum/topic/chicksands-developments ]this thread[/url] Is there going to be a cull on northshore ladder trails in the UK? Esher went a couple of years ago, the darkside at Mabie seems to be falling into disrepair and now Chicksands has had to pull it down. Have people had significantly more (amount and seriousness) injuries on northshore than on other trails or are the insurers using this as a way of making a quick buck?
I'd be pretty disappointed if we lost northshore all over the UK as I think it's a great challenge and brilliant fun to ride, the feeling you get when you clean a section is one of the best on a bike for me.
