The cake's good, but not as good as my Mum's was. Dales BC is only near Richmond.
Can I ask why you picked 3 different places to be close to? Ripon & Thirsk aren't too far apart but Richmond's a bit away from either.

Hi,

I am planning a trip to the North and dropping into Hawes on the way up. Looking for a 2 - 2.5hr, 15 to 20mile loop.

I am looking for the best value - I.e. plenty of riding down hills rather than up them!

Appreciate thoughts - I have found a couple of routes already, but you never know which is the "best".

We'll be there Sat afternoon on the 17th Jan.
