Your thoughts please, I get on well with my bell air but the cracking is driving me insane, I had a Spoon & it wasn't as good FWIW.
Cheers.

Have you tightened the Clamp?

If it’s definitely the saddle then maybe a new bel air. Can’t say I’ve noticed mine creaking and they’re a few years old

Had a succession of Bel Air's until they released the MkII which I didn't get on with. Now have Ergon SM Comp's on both bikes instead. They feel slightly strange when you first sit on them every ride but a mile in and they then just fit, same every ride.

I've a new bell air and it's not branded a bell air 2 or 3 but is a different construction to the one's I used to have in the past which were prone to creaking.

I rode the Cairngorm Loop 300 on it with no ill effects, it was the cheap cromally one as well.

I think this is it.

I've a cheap WTB Pure on another bike that is also very comfy and has never creaked.

Something like this one.

Thanks all, I have gone with a WTB SL8 as I love my old Speed saddle but now used to less padding, I will update in due course.
Cheers.

Watching this as my Mk1 BelAir is on its third bike making it at least 10 years old.

Creaky and bound to fall apart shortly.

I’m teaching myself to ride longer distances stood up just in case.
