hi
i have a non boost hope pro4 hub that i use adaptors for on a boost fork. I am looking to switch to a new lyrik that has torque caps - can they all work together does anyone know?
or do i just get a new boost hub ?
ta
I know the new Zeb has bolt in spacers, a bit like these ones:
Then you can use your boost spacers without juggling spacers.
Hope make dedicated torque cap adaptors for non boost pro2s and pro4s, HUB486.

you don't really need torque caps, or adaptors. Takes about 3 seconds longer to align the wheel before you put the axle through. I'm using Wolf tooth boostinators on my 'non-boost' Hope hubs, with a Boost Lyrik without problem.
You are right Lardman but where hope make a suitable adapter its 'easier' to use that. If the OP already has the hope boost kit (that you redish the wheel with rather than space the disc) than I'd just stick with that. The one I linked above is basically the torque cap version of that.
i have a non hope boost kit with disc spacer
In that case IMO you would be better off with the proper hope end caps and a re-dish. What you have will work though.
I've found torque end adaptors means it take LONGER to fit the wheels... really not worth the bother for the claimed stiffness, unless you happen to have them anyway. Wouldn't buy them again.
I have both pro4 boost bought with torque caps already installed and pro4 non boost that I boosted with their torque cap boost conversion endcaps, my lyriks need pulling apart ever so slightly to get the wheel in so I can't abide faffing with anything other than the right endcaps from Hope, plus with the bike upside down i can take the axle out and not worry about the wheel slipping down and the rotor hitting the caliper body, it also looks better with torque caps as well as stiffening it up, it's worth the £20 imo.
Re-dishing is simple enough and the spokes have a more even angle.
