First ride out the box today on a new bike, my first experience of SRAM. Pedalling under reasonable load is fairly noisy, video link below (hopefully sharing works, excuse my wobbly filming!)
Seems to have lessened as the ride went on, but still audible.
Is this a 'feature' of the cranks / BB or just some bedding in needed?

I'd loosen it all off, give it all a waggle, then torque up correctly.

could be the DM chainring or pedal not tight also
NW chainring with the chain links on the 'wrong' teeth, if you get me? Never done it so don't know how bad it'd sound...

Chain is routed correctly (I've done that myself before 😏)
LBS has had a quick once over, and we think it might be the chainring rubbing against the cable guide. You can see where some paint has rubbed off already and the really narrow gap between the chainring and the brazed on guide. That might explain why the noise has eased off, and also why it happens under load (BB area flexing?)
Going to email the Bike co. on Monday and see what they say. Will update afterwards.
What frame is that ....looks like you needed a the 55mm chainline crankset or you have potentially fitted the wrong type of cranks when 50 mm chainline
Boost used to be 52mm but it's now 55 fo clearthe wider beefier chainsaws on some bikes
That braze on looks like it's been miswelded. I can't imagine anyone designed it to stick out at an angle.

Thanks. I'm kinda hoping that's what it is and Sonder put me right. I'll email them the details Monday and see what they suggest, but their customer service has been spot on for me to date so I'll say no more until theyve has a chance to look at the video & photos.

What offset is the chainring? SRAM direct mount ones always have it written on the ring IIRC. Mine does.
SRAM DUB makes it easy to tinker about with fine tuning the chainline. Different spacers can be used to move that 1 or 2 mm to the right.
It might be that the current spacers are incorrectly installed and the crankset is not sitting centrally in the frame.
