6 months ago i had a crash on my bike resulting in a variety of injuries from concussion through to severed ligaments, tendons, nerves and proprio receptors in my ankle.

The crash only resulted in my wheels needing to be trued. I have a serious bike failure 4 days before my 1 year warranty ran out.

my bushings had all come undone, a rear linkage bolt had sheered and rear shock blown because in the crash the frame geometry had changed by 8mm ! :O

So now halfords will only repair the bike for £200 but the problem will still occur again because of the geometry offset 🙁

I only have 600 left to get myself a new bike, its not been a good week but i know others have had worse.

Your post is not clear at all.

And didn't you post on this last week?

And didn't the crash affect the geometry?

Not sure what you point is.

£600 can get you a very nice frame - new for a hardtail (Soul) or 2nd hand for any number of nice full-sussers.

£600 should get a good frame? What frame did you bust?

M&S premium home insurance would have paid out for crash damage.

did you crash because the frame failed? Or did you damage it during the crash?

0/10.

You crashed your bike, and now you complain that Halfords won't give you a free repair because of said crash?!? Am I missing something here?

i'm confused, and you say frame is damaged and wheels? so why are you buying a whole bike? and if halfords will repair for £200 surely that will repair the offset?
