Can't believe i'm asking this, especially in here.
I'm struggling with my back at work, and a few people have recommended doing some yoga.
I want to try it, but went to TriYoga today in Soho and was immediately put off by the kind of people in the reception, the Om-Shanti-Om music and smell of incense.
Can anyone recommend a decent Yoga teacher or better still a class in central London which cuts all the crap? I've heard people doing "power yoga", but that also sounds a little cultish and crossfitesque.
Any thoughts?
One of my mates has been going to a class in Ealing (or is it Chiswick?) for a couple of years and swears by it. Would you travel that far west?
See if there's a London franchise.
I know a good teacher in north London if you want to email me I'll send you his details.
you want them to cut the crap?
but you would consider "power yoga"?
im confused.
what about pilates or a sports massage?
