Getting an itch for a new xc hartail to replace my ageing whippet.

Really like the look of these, dont see a lot of them either

Any thoughts from the stw hive on them?

Well, I’m a niner fan and I think they are ace.. getting a bit long in the tooth now though (been in prod unchanged for at least 4years) but that’s not a bad thing because they can rip along. Nice and light and if built that way can hit 19lbs or less if SS. Nice arse up XC’er and there’s a bit of compliance in the rear but not a lot. Fast, Flicky, Fun sums it up. Early ones suffered with chainstay breaks and seat collar snaps.. just check that first.

Cool. Its a 2017 frame discounted I've got my eye on.

Well my mates still got his orange 2013 in SS and it’s a lovely thing, no issues even the two pin BB has held out and not creaked in ages (probably seized now) full rdo kit and light and fast as I mentioned.
I had a One9 scandium SS, full rdo and enve wheels and it was the absolute bits.. 17lbs of flying machine. I wish I still had it, but another mate wanted it badly enough..
