Deal Extreme bastid light - for the price its hard to beat.

If she loves it you can spend more on something better like one of trouts Death Stars but for an introduction it would be perfect

Ive bought one of those cheap dealextreme ones for about £30, but I think delivery is about 3 - 4 weeks from china.

How much do you have to spend? This could be ok http://www.mtbbatteries.co.uk/4.html

DX p7 or some equally cheap helmet light to get her started. If she doesn't like it, no point spending loads

Or get an exposure joystick. Not too pricey, and I did a night ride in the Alps with mine the other day, and it was perfect. Had it for years, and it's still going strong. Customer service is good too.

DealXtreme for cheap and value, Trout for expensive and "best".

Perhaps a trout for you and your Hopes for your daughter?

One of those for you and give her your Hope. TBH if you've got one of those on full whack she won't need her own!

Worth trying these:

We've just got some in the MRT and they are the best we've ever used.

Cheers,

Martin

8307-T - Black in Gift Box

The LED Lenser MT7 is a tactical lighting instrument designed for special law enforcement units. This lamp is virtually indestructible. You can use it to defend yourself, to break glass, or to alert the Emergency services with the SOS function. You can drive back attackers with the military – developed strobe function. Or simply change the light program for more "civilian" applications. With the LED Lenser MT7 you can choose between electronically controlled unvarying light intensity, and continuously decreasing brightness resulting in longer burning life.

The new Bomber!!!!!
