I have been on a club ride on Bodmin moor but I have the route in my head & not on GPS. When are you coming down?
Aiming to head down on Sat. 23rd July for approx. a week. Hoping to stay at South Penquite Farm Campsite nr the Moor.
The G/F is fairly inexperienced but she's used to riding on our local moors so should be ok.
Doesn't appear to be allowed on the moor from what I can gather.
South Penquite Farm is great is a great campsite.
The riding, I found, wasn't so good.
The Blissland Inn is a marvellous place for beer...
Think we'll give it a go anyway. Seems to be some little BW's around at TBH we're not gonna be doing owt 'radical' as the G/F is more suited to pootling around on the bikes.
We're gonna stay at Blazing Bikes below the Long Mynd on the way back so i'll get my fix of adrenaline then 🙂

Porthtowan to where you are staying is about 35miles. If you & the gf want some gentle stuff then take a trip down the Camel trail to Padstow & back.
