They sent me the wrong tyre, one quick phone call and the replacement was shipped immediately without needing the original back first. Great customer service.

Bit expensive by the look of it! Looks like you're paying a lot of money extra to get tyres delivered next day. Tyres I've looked at are about £7 more than wiggle/eBay etc
I've used them a few times and been happy with the service, but the prices on bike-discount.de can't be ignored.
And they can deliver in 48 hours too.
In my case they were the only people with a Maxxis Chronicle in stock...and due to ripping a hole in the side wall of my front Knard* I needed it for this weekend.
*hopefully fixable with the old inner tube and sewing up with floss method.
