https://cyclingindustry.news/job/content-and-marketing-manager/

We are looking for a full time Content and Marketing Manager here at BikePark Wales. This will be a fast paced, hands on, diverse role that will suit those looking for variety. The right candidate would be responsible for creating and sharing content for all things BPW as well as planning and implementing campaigns, reporting on their success, and leading on all marketing activities. This role will give great exposure to all levels of marketing in a small and very exciting company and would suit an experienced content and social media manager looking to step into a role that includes wider marketing responsibilities.

They might get a social & content manager who's handy enough with a camera. If their design team are then working on the footage/snaps then it's not unreasonable.

Otherwise, I agree, they would seem to be after a one-person marketing & content department - and I'm not sure they'll be paying accordingly.

Free park access for you and family is worth a fortune! (Assuming uplift is included)

I just sent it to a marketing / comms friend of mine and she said exactly the same, that's 2 or 3 job descriptions in one!

Most small companies have people covering a few areas? A bit of this and that all tied up by general skill set plus brand or product aims. Specialise in larger companies or later in a career.
