I have a Bird Zero 1arriving Monday,.....

Also if and when my insurers pay out I will be replacing my Bronson with either a Nomad or a YT Capra. Going to be like a pig in shit (unless Protext your bubble screw me in my insurance)

Hopefully I will be getting a new full suspension bike and more importantly making the time to get out on it.

I really need to get fit again.

My 'dale cross bike is coming on Monday. First ever drop barred bike. There may be trouble ahead...

It's got discs though!

No, the opposite in fact.

I'm sworn off new bikes at least until 2016 - on pain of humiliation and mockery.

Kinesis Sync new build. All the parts are sitting at home except for the AB Oval chain ring. Will be building the bike up next weekend so hope it arrives in time...

I got my first road bike on the cycle to work scheme just before Christmas (it had it's first outing yesterday) and my boy got a balance bike from [s]grandma[/s] Santa:

I have a Solaris to build but there is no rush because I won't be able to ride it for another month.

I really want to get myself a DH bike, but we need to move house first as I simply don't have the room in my shed. I want a double garage.

Yep, going to give some more Enduro races a go this year so getting the associated parts together as we speak, just need the frame now, whenever it turns up....

Seriously considering a new road bike. Cervelo s5, giant propel or an argon 18.

No! I'm gonna use my Yeti until it's 10 years old.

[edit] It's better than all these crappy new ones anyway 🙂

Canyon Strive (AL) due to arrive in February. Usually snows up here around Feb/Mar time so might not get to use it for a while. Assuming stuff I've heard about Canyon bikes taking longer than expected to arrive doesn't happen this year.

* flexes fingers and prepares to have a stab at making it two in a row.

I'll have a guess at something from Surly.

Got a rigid Salsa El Mar at the end of last year.

Question is - should I put suspension forks on it? Or go the other way and fit say drop handlebars and narrow tyres?

No new bikes for me this year.

Made a promise to the Mrs 😐

Any new bike would only be an addition anyway. More than happy with my current line up.

Waiting on a 2nd hand Cotic Soul to arrive and see if it inspires me more to ride a hardtail than the C456 it will replace.

You wot? How is a 3" tyre better than suspension? It's not cheaper! £100 for a rim ffs.

Picked up my new Switchback yesterday afternoon from Mr Stanton.

Looks lovely in cherry red and can't wait for the bits to arrive this week. The Slackline has been sold...hope that the Switchback is as good because the Slackline was brilliant but a bit small for proper riding.

Still trying to be patient for my Bird Aeris.
Afaik it's still on for late Feb. Every nice day in Feb is going to be painful without a new bike!
It'll be my first new MTB in 9 years! At least the old one is still going strong.

benpinnick - if you're reading - how about a New Year progress/status update to all of us Aeris pre-orderers 🙂

Yep, a 2Souls Quarterhorse build.

You'll not regret that.
A great handling frame.

I've not got anything new for 2015 but the Mrs has.
