Plan to build a new wheelset for my stooge based on
wtb asym i35/i29 rims and dt swiss 350 hubs.
What spokes to use: Sapim Leader (pg) or Race (butted)?
Leader (64 pcs x 260 mm lg) 431 g
Race (64 pcs x 260 mm lg) 363 g
Laser (64 pcs x 260 mm lg) 273 g
so less then 70g for both wheels... 35g per wheel ...
My goal is a durable wheelset.

Had a lot of problems with hubs over the years, most rims have been fine so far (flow mk1, pacenti tl28, sun ringle)
What was the problem mahalo, rock strikes?
personally, on 350 hubs and something wider I'd be more inclined to go with the race. DB over PG spokes every time, but the lasers, though good, would only be my choice on a set of light XC wheels.
