Just looking at possible new bike/frame and Whyte S150 and Transition Sentinel are top of the list. Both use non traditional reduced offset forks.
On my current bike I have fitted an Angleset to slacken the head angle off and it got me wondering what effect an angleset has on the mooted benefits of reduced offset forks? I'm no geometry or design expert so really not too sure myself.....

Same as normal forks, longer wheelbase, slower steering, more stability
