Ok, riding with new shoes. Previous ones caused no knee issues.

On my right knee I have an ache on the inside of the knee, not the knee cap.
Anyone know how I should adjust the pedal position to cure this.

Thanks.

It could be your miniscus needs a clean out? That's where you can get pain.

few ways to look at it...
Cleat/shoe position is causing discomfort - solution move about and see (froward/back/left/right/angles) or maybe it's tension.
OR
You have something not right and the cleats have highlighted this, if it's something like a miniscul tear swapping positions won't fix the damage.

I think my LBS has a gadget for transferring cleat settings from one pair of shoes to a new pair.

Meniscus, meniscal.
Cleaning out your meniscus is not something you can just "do". Neither is repair. It's very much a last resort, there are half a dozen other things to look at first.

Cleat position (as mentioned already) don't just tweak randomly, check your previous shoes, or get someone to look at it. Could also be a change in stack height or the angle of the sole (specialised build in a 2 degree angle, a few other manufactures do similar, i prefer to shim my cleats where needed)
Also there could be a difference in arch support. (Forgot the insoles in my shoes on a ride a couple of weeks ago, didn't realise until i got to the start. That hurt.)

Cheers all, copied cleat position from falling apart shoes. Sadly now gone to a better place (bugger!)

I shall wait a day or so and continue tweaking.
