I have an 1980s 531 road bike that I use in the winter.

I am running 32c tyres on 23mm wide 80s rims that need replacing (Wolber Modele 58)

I want something silver, 32hold and won't look out of place

I have seen the following

- Halo retro rim - bit too narrow

- H Plus Son TB14 - look nice

Anything other suggestions?

Cheers

Paul

Rigida Big Bull?  https://www.ryde.nl/big-bull

Edit: Actually that is much too wide. I mixed up inner and outer width.

New Open Pros are wider, I assume they are available in Silver? I'm running G One Speeds on Ksyriums, which have the same width as old Open Pros, and they come up as 29 mm on narrower rims.

I think the TB14s  are polished, with no anodising. I suspect they would soon not look so nice after exposure to wet salty roads.

I would see what SJS Cycles and Spa have to offer that would suit your requirements (the Wolber Module 58 was fairly inexpensive reliable touring rim, so presumably you want something similar).

I use Mavic A319s for that purpose (25mm external width).

Yes definitely is 700c.

Thanks for the suggestions, the Kinlin ADHN have the look and size I am after and a reasonable price
