My light bicycles rims have arrived. Whoopee. Two spoke calculators say 292 and 294 spokes required, the same as currently in use with Arch EX rims. ERDs are 603 vs 606. Does this sound reasonable?

There is 1.5mm difference between the ideal spoke length for each rim.
Give it a go. The worst that can happen is that you have to order new spokes.
Have you measured those ERD's or is that what is quoted? 3mm should doable, certainly if you are going to the larger ERD.
I measured it, same as quoted. Front right 290.1, L 290.6 and rear R 292.2 and L 291.4 so I was planning to order 48x 292 spokes and 16x 294. Or would you go for 290s and 292s?
I'd go 290 and 292. I always round down.
