Firstly the 12mm is different to normal QR. Do they fit in regular dropouts?
The 142 refers to width i'm guessing. Current wheel is 10spd shimano. What part of this do I need to measure to check?

142x12 hub fits a 142x12 frame. A 'normal' frame is 135mm wide and normal dropouts are 9mm.
You need to look at the frame to decide what hub fits it. What frame is it?

reggiegasket, its a standard QR frame so don't think it'll fit.
Have found some standard wheels to fit.
