In a not too cryptic insta post it looks like Pace have been developing a new 'adventure bike' maybe a reinvention of the RC129 perhaps?
Not much given away by the looks of it. when I first saw the post I say the upside down dropper from DT and the hope flat bar levers and thought it may be a XC machine. Still may be, but if it's to be a bikepacker too it'll be more on the robust end of the weight spectrum I imagine. Not that Pace were ever known for their lightweight bikes anyway.
be nice if it was more XC, like the colour! Be nice if it was similar (but cheaper) than the Fairlight Holt or New Solaris...
It doubt it’ll be much cheaper than a Holt. For reasons I can’t divulge.
Will it be British made ?
(And not just having a faux union jack emblem when made in Asia).
Or neither of those.
Bike packing solution...has to be with a tent and cows in the teaser...you don't have time for either of those is you are xc'ing it at warp factor OAFT!
It's not a square tubed trials bike so I'm out.
Any idea on release date then Kelvin? If not much cheaper than a Holt i'm guessing 853 and European made? My interest is piqued for now...seat and chainstays look fairly skinny, which I like..!
I hope they have better customer service than they used to have. When the LBS saw the way they treated my partner when her forks locked solid every time it rained, the owner of the shop never stock Pace again.
They have produced some nice products but customer support has not been wonderful.
I've always found customer service pretty good once you get a reply. 😉

Made by Five Land then?
Ah just saw your 'neither of.. ' comment. Good to see more XC HTs coming out, wherever it's made.
As an ex-owner of the 305, once bitten, twice shy.
Is that an upsidedown dropper post?
Is that an upsidedown dropper post?
Looks like it yeah.
Related to this possibly, in which it states "gravel bike specific"
