These popped up on a banner somewhere and i for one think they look pretty cool, especially in the oilslick variety...

My question is, does anyone already own one? And more importantly do you rate it?

Not much help to you but I've been looking at these but went for the Granite Designs one instead, I figured the knife isn't really necessary and the Granite one is a bit cheaper and leaves the other bar for something else if needed.

Having used and been quite happy with various muc off products I am fast becoming a bit of a muc off fanboy. I’m planning on buying one of these kits (helps that they have a colour to match my other bits) but I have to also admit, I’m going to wait until it’s a little less than £30.
It’s not that I think the muc off unit is overpriced it’s more to do with the fact that the tubeless repair kit I have had for the last two years has (touch wood) never had to be used....yet...so in a way, £30 seems a lot of money for the heck of it

Although....it is Father’s Day soon enough, better start strategically dropping advertising leaflets about for the lady wife and kids to find ha ha

Aah yes @dc1988, i see your logic there.

And yes @donslow, i was thinking it would match my muc off valves and my oilslick EDC top cap. Im in the same boat with the current trusty repair kit, more of a want than a need definately, but a good point about fathers day being in the not too distant future...

@dc1988 good theory you have but and certainly worth putting more thought into

@danmac for fear of wanting to go one better, the muc off stuff in green would match my stem, headset, grips soon to be changed for black with green collars, seat post collar, valves and until I changed them recently, would have been my hubs, seems I’m looking at colour more than requirement or functionality ha ha

I did go a bit overboard at first but have found the love in subtlety...

I had...
Black frame with green hubs, headset, grips, brake hoses, seat clamp, green highlights on saddle, green pedals, green valves and green decals on my forks

For what it’s worth, colour matching anodised green is an absolute f****r!

Have since replaced hubs with black, all black saddle and a pair of eggbeater pedals and will be replacing my grips to black leaving me with green stem, seat post collar, grip collars, brake hoses, wheel axles and currently in the process of replacing all wheel and fork decals with dark grey (rims and for lowers are black) for a far more stealthy but “ooh look at those coloured bits” kind of look

Didn't know Granite made one too.

I think I prefer it actually. Not fussed by colours on end plugs as it gets scratched off fast anyway.😁

The granite one is £18.

I got a set at Christmas and bought another set for my other bike as soon as they came back into stock.

Nicely made and fit well, I’ve got a strip in the tool ready to go, and you can get another 2 large or 3 medium strips inside each little cover. The knife is extremely sharp !
