Welcome. The headtube length is likely to vary depending on the frame size - although I haven't looked. This will in turn affect steerer length. Any idea what size?

Mines an original summer season and the head tube is just 9cm long.

Steerer is 185mm, using a mid riser bar. Looking at it you could get away with a shorter steerer and more rise on the bar. Or On One did some stems with lots of rise.

I recently shortened the travel on my 36 Floats to 140 for my full suss. If your putting them on a SS, go for 130mm.

might be worth an email to this guy if you want a 16inch 456 - he had some Fox 36s for sale as well

My summer season rode best at 120mm. I did have some 36's on it when I first got it, as they were the forks off my "big" bike that I used until I got some rev's sorted.

I'd be aiming for a lower travel fork IMO
