It would appear that I’ve gotten my monies worth out of my Morvelo long sleeved jerseys and sadly Morvelo seem no longer 🙁

The ones I have were from their thermo(?) range.

Sooooo … where are people going to for long sleeved jerseys that are good for when the mercury drops.

I have a couple from Rivelo that are really cosy. The Woodside.

I've got a couple from Galibier recently. Both excellent, and I consider them very good value.

A long sleeve roubaix type thing. The neck is high, not sure how I feel about it, but other than that, very nice and warm.

Also a Perfetto type jersey/jacket. I have a perfetto, and like this from Galibier more. I'm really impressed with this top. It feels reall nice, fits perfectly. I was wearing it last week when it got close to 0c with a long sleeve base, and I was perfectly comfortable, not too hot, not sweaty. I think it'll be great in wet weather with a short sleeve base.

I have an endure club jersey, a castelli jersey, a rapha core and a Rapha pro team. The first 3 are all do similar things at various price points whilst the pro team isn't warm in the least.

I'd say the rapha core is a good compromise between warmth and fit.

And if you don't care about the label, I also have a decathlon one which is also really good and cheap as chips. Probably my favourite tbh!

Bioracer made the Morvelo jerseys and also make those for Stolen Goat so you can find a comparable jersey there.

A mate of mine raves about Torm kit, says it's better than Rapha

Endura FS-260 Jetstream jersey.

It's somewhere between a softshell and a old-fashioned winter jersey. Which just makes it a very good winter jersey.

Stolen goat do some fleece lined short sleeve jerseys, along with fleece arm warmers gives me more flexibilty than a single long sleeve. I only use the long sleeve jacket in cold conditions

I've just bought a 7mesh Callaghan merino-lined long sleeve jersey and it's very nice.

Bioracer are usually my first stop but I couldn't find an equivalent to the Orkaan/Perfetto/Mistral type jacket i.e. softshell but claiming good water repellency?

Any guidance on size for galibier. I'm a 3xl in castelli and an XL in most other stuff. And an L in patagucci.

Any guidance on size for galibier.

They have a good size guide for each garment (read reviews, as that's very helpful for guidance). But for me, it's a bit looser than Castelli. An Xl in Castelli = Large Galiber (true to size)
