Well, not a new house as such. It's an old cottage.

The outhouse won't fit three bikes in. There's no other place to store the bikes except where they currently are - the living room.

The wall is out as they're 4ft wide in total.

Outside storage seems to be the way forward, but I don't want to spend too much (I'm looking at you, Asgard) because I don't want to have to move something at the end of my tenancy. And/or have to leave something that I've paid a pretty penny for.

Cheapest option I can find is a £300 bike store. Lots of shed thefts where I am so I do need something that's re-enforceable.

Any suggestions? Can I knock one up out of pallets and metal?

Or do I need to sell my HT..?

If you've thefts locally and think it's a concern, nothing will beat an Asgard or brick room with steel door.

If there's an outside patch of concrete, something to keep the elements of the bikes like a shed or plastic store then install some ground anchors into the concrete with some locks for the bikes and take out an insurance policy or add to your existing? Would cost less than an Asgard.
