Great advert.. Sums up gravel/gnarmac/adventure bikes pretty well.
The guys face when he walks into the hipster coffee bar.

SkillswithPhil! I enjoyed that; not too poncy, no exquisite agony biffbaff either!

Nice ad. That'd make me think about buying one.

Well put together advert and very on trend, I can see the bike doing well.
I was tempted by the Grade V1 a while back when buying my first drop bar bike, but it never floated any boats for me.
The frame looks awkward, the noodle thin seatstays, forks and the wonky 'triple triangle' design. Personally it looks even worse now for 2020.. purely cosmetics though, it might be a fantastic ride.

That purple one looks lovely. Shame they don't appear to do just a frameset…

Nice vid!

I still have a Grade CX frame and fork in the garage yet to be built. Might sell it and put to £ to one of these.

I like that. I never really think of my gravel bike as being a gravel bike, it's my 'everything else' bike.

Reminds me a bit of the dustin Klein vids on YouTube.

Boy sipping coffee in Rapha kit has a hint of Mark Cavendish about him. Thought it was him!

Great wee video, made me smile. Made me want to go out on my bike and haves some fun.

Thanks for sharing

Funnily enough had my salsa vaya off-road for the first time properly at the weekend - and that video pretty much sums up how it felt. These gravel/all terrain bike things are much more capable than i expected.

That's what most of my gravel bike rides are like just without any of the skill or perfect weather

It's like one of my commutes in this dry weather! Except I don't wear such muted colours. Be safe, be seen 😛
Cool ad 🙂

@Jam Bo, yes indeed deffo the face fits with the hipster hair and tash.

It's the way he sees the Rapha club cyclists, disco slippers, caps, trendy coffee bar and then turns right around is the funny bit.

It's clear GT perceives that the gravel/adventure rider (who they are aiming the Grade at) wants to toss all that and just get out and ride, enjoys the chance of the urban race with some wheelies, he'll join in. Then smashes some tarmac.
He ignores the MTB'ers (bit harsh) and then at the end has a quick flirt with the bike packer.. Then drinks all her coffee (bit harsh) as a hint for her to sod off an let him be (bit harsh)

I'm not 100% sure the image they are putting on the rider, seems a bit grumpy but I see what they are getting at. He just wants to get out and ride.
