Bought a giant anthem X2 from a fairly well known shop recently. It was listed as having a 38 front ring but it's got a 39 on it. It also is listed as having a 180 front rotor, but it's a 170.
Anyone able to confirm what should be on a 2013 29er X2? Or why differences might be?
When I was looking at bikes early last year all the Giant spec's online were way out from what was actually on the bike and by more than just a tooth and a few mm here and there.
The forks were listed as Recon Gold and were actually XC32, what was down as X9 was X5 - complete mess.
Wouldn't surprise me if they hadn't corrected everything fully
And if you read the small print specs can change without notice, but this in no way makes it right, however you have to be carefull what site you are looking at uk, us or mainland Europe who can have different specs on the same model.
170 rotor? Really?
Doubt its a 170 rotor.
They had BB7's advertised as opposed to BB5's on their revolt i seem to remember.
Their track record for this isn't amazing :p
A 39T chainring?
Says here 160mm rotor
