Im looking for a new frame in the near future. Must be a good buy second hand, Alu, 120-140 rear sus, and 140 front end, but capable of 160mm forks on occasion.

Other than Orange 5, what comes to mind?

Cotic Hemlock? Not so easy to find but they sell for buttons when they come up. Though you'd not want to muck about with 140mm forks, they're better at 150 and best at 160.

May I direct your attention here?

How is that anything like what the op asked for?

5 Spot is a good shout. Hemlock is a bit heavy for my needs. I've just sold my Nukeproof Mega as although it was an excellent frame, I felt over-biked 80% of the time. I'm liking the look of Saracen's Ariel but they dont come up for sale very often at a good price just yet.

Cannondale prophet , running mine wit 150mm forks no problem would think they'd take 160mm easily .

Don't get an ariel if you think your mega was too heavy!

Transition Bandit (not sure of 160 forks but is awesome with the 140's) mine weighs in at 27.5lbs
