replacing the cassette on an Orange crush 2010

Sram PG 950

but is it 11-32 or 11-34

Depends what chainrings you are running: I run a 11-34 because I run 26/34 chainrings, although I would like to swap to a 11-36 and get rid of the 26 if at all possible.

I'd always get 11-34 myself, slightly wider range and not an appreciable difference in gaps.

You can count the number of teeth on the biggest cog and find out for yourself if you want. If you have a triple I would get 11-32, if you have a double or single ring I would go for 11-34.

Depending on model 11-32 can be about ~50g lighter if you worry about that sort of thing.
