Finally got round to finishing the build, the SRAM GX was a bugger to set up (but I’m using a kmc chain which may not have helped) , brief test spin down the valley with the hound yesterday, first impressions are good, fit feels great and rolls fast despite the dragggy tyres, need to fettle the fork a bit is all.

Lovely bike. Hope you enjoy it.
I thought modern bikes had long rear triangles for stability. That rear wheel is slammed in there.

Looking good, the orange works quite well with that colourway. What wheel size did you go for, really enjoying mine with 27+ though the 29er is flipping quick.

It’s 29er with blue flow carbon rims, 2.4 F&R Michelin wild enduro. (In the French Alps btw)

I'm loving that.

It had not helped my thoughts of moving on my carbon race Ht for one of those and leaving me with a race FS and a Solaris.
