Thought I'd put a few pics up of my new 29'er XC HT, it's a KTM Aera Comp frame with 100mm Reba RL's, Crests on Pro II Evos, EC70 finishing kit, Deore brakes & 1x10 XT/Deore/One Up drive train

Cheers.

Well, it's light, potentially fast (with the right rider) and its comfortable enough for Mayhem Solo (it's predecessor was before it cracked)

I like that, it looks like it should have rigid forks on it though 🙂

Looks good. Excellent colour coordination - just enough, and all matching shades.

Looks great, just the right amount of good colour matching and the frames lovely.

[ignorance]

does the single middle ring upfront not limit it as a XC racer?

Njee & Nickd- cheers, didn't want to go overboard.

Other Nick - not really, it's more than enough for Marathons, Mayhem and my local XC stuff in the Northwest and Midlands

Nope, the norm for XC racing these days, can still pedal up to a decent speed unless you run a tiny chainring.

Other Nick

I'm a Nick too, that's just confusing!

Nice looking bike, good mix of bits.

Enjoy.

Saddle looks a little downward pointing though.

Nice. Take the red stans stickers off the wheels though. Clashes big time with the orange.

Never knew of so many Nicks!

Swedish, it's the angle of the pic, a few people have said that. It looks more normal / level in this one.

Pete - I'm trying to get orange ones or even blue but Slik are a nightmare to get hold of
