Nice, needs a proper side shot because in those pics the head angle looks verrrrry slack. Which maybe it is, but I'd like to check before I stick to my view that super slack angled bikes are not for me.

I like your bike, mister.

However your backgarden seems more Berlin wall than beauty...

I like it a lot, drooling now .I was looking for a vendetta frame a few months back but none available at the time, but i was offered a good deal on a TR patrol frame so i got that, don`t get me wrong i love the patrol but i still want a vendetta [even more now seeing yours]. i have had a couple of Ti framed h/tails in the past and like the way they ride. There is something about the vendetta that just looks so right . Enjoy your ride dude and with a bit of luck i might have one before long .

Other than it seemingly being trapped inside Colditz that is a really nice bike.

trapped inside Colditz

Nah, it's on the outside. Just escaped through a tunnel and will easily clear that barbed wire fence...

Yes definitely feels like a different ride even to steel of which I've had plenty of frames in.

It's taken at the local football club think the wall is to keep the local yut out!

I have also got one of these but haven't ridden it due to lack of clearance on the 27.5+ boost Pike with 2.8 WTB tyres.

Yours also looks tight, do you have any better pics?

I am thinking of changing the Pike to the 27.5+/29 model.

Here's mine

Does anyone know if the different fork would affect the handling?

Im not running boost wheels. mine are std 30mm internal DT rims with a Conti Baron up front. The angle and the fender bender guard make it look tight. I only went for the boost frame to gain further mud clearance at the rear.
Hope that helps but perhaps email Chris found him very helpful.

How have you found the sizing? I'm 6.1 and think I may need the extra large.

Bit of a double resurrection here... but did anyone try the 29er Pikes with the boost frame.

The frame looks lush but it would be great to know how the 9'er forks work with the bike comparatively... just to know my transitional options 🙂

Ta.
