Ok so pondering a new bike and confused by sizing (not really possible to get for a test ride so until it is this is a thought purchase). Phoned company and they said go small and you can always make it bigger. BUT......

Here's the important(?) dimensions for small medium and (current).

Head tube 100 110 (110)
Top tube 575 600 (605)
Seat tube 406 444 (440)
Chainstays 425 425 (430)
Stack 589 598 (597)
Reach 394 417 (434)

I'm thinking medium but now i'm doubting myself

Looks like a medium would be right but maybe ask on here if anyone local has the bike you're looking at to have a sit on/try?

Depends how you think your current bike fits you and what you want to change by going to the new frame/bike too ?
