I have wanted to try something a little longer travel than my Smuggler for a while, when I saw the Last Glen it looked just right, Delivery took a little longer than expected but it has finally arrived and it is mostly built, just need a seat clamp and to sort some chainstay protection.

I'm around 6ft4 so have the XXL, All the parts have moved over from the smuggler with the exception of changing from a 170mm Oneup V1 dropper to a 210mm V2.

Glad to finally have it (mostly) built, just keen to get out and ride now as I have been off the bike for 6 weeks due to sickness and various other things.

That is a nice looking frame and not too gate like for an XXL.

That's also a very high seat post. Is that your pedaling height?

@chakaping it isn't bad looking for an XXL, I was looking at the Rocketmax, but wasn't so keen. Not sure if that's my pedaling height or not, no seat clamp yet so haven't set it.

Really nice looking bike there.

I like the understated colour too.

Enjoy.👍

Drip strip on front door could do with a coat of Ronseal.

Nice bike 😉

I'm 6'4" too and looking for a new bike. Off to have a look.

That does look at types of nice, not come across these before.

Bottom of door could do with some TLC.

Really pleased with it, alot more confidence inspiring than the Smuggler I had before. Doesn't feel as big as the numbers suggest either.

Thanks for replying. What length fork are you running? And coil or air shock on the rear?

I’m seriously tempted and weighing up between large and the XL - I’m 5’11. Like the idea of the shorter stays on the large but the longer reach on the XL

I am currently running a 150mm 36 up front with a factory DPX2 out back, really keen to try a coil shock and to up the fork to 160mm but couldn't justify the spend right now, perhaps after Christmas.

With regards to sizing being 6ft4 I usually just go for the largest bike in most peoples ranges. I would say that the 445mm stays definitely make the bike feel more balanced, my smuggler at 430mm always felt like I was riding over the back wheel.
