Looks good ! You won’t see many of them on the trails 🙂
Oh and slabs need a clean etc etc.
Very tidy indeed , happy trails
Had a quick blast out with the lad after a quick clean over. Adjusted the deore levers as they were set up for tiny hands it seems. Tyres feel super skinny - 2 35 ignitor up front. Reckon I can do a 2.5 on the front. 2.4 on back.
Just gotta sell my 29er Stumpy now to appease the misso!
Stumpy sold in < a day.
In being excited on purchasing a ti bike, I didnt check many of the bolts...
Bushings on rear dropouts are fine but the bolts are rounded on both drive and non drive. So need to get to a motor factor's to get new ones. Bushings as Igus self lubricating which I need to order from the States. Parts are cheap but shipping isn't. But I guess that's the down side of buying something that's a littke more niche.
Rear disc wasn't tightened up - well, one bolt was... D'oh
Emailed Lynskey and they've sent a really useful email back with full spares list for replacing fixings on the frame. Torque settings etc.
I would like to get a new tyre up front as its a 2.3 ignitor that's quite worn. Max I can do on an xt rim is 2.4 so I'm thinking a dhf.
Next will be a dropper and some carbon bars.... But gosh does it fly. Sub 14kg with pedal.
