....was yesterday. Mostly old bits with new tyres and fork. Not tried a DVO fork before, but really impressed with it on first go, was possibly running it a bit too soft judging by where the sag mrer ended up so will maybe tweak that a bit. Does feel a bit steep compared to other stuff in the shed, but rides really nicely.

Looks nice - what is it - a BFE? If it is, and that’s steep, what else have you got?!

It's a BFeMax.

As for head angle, it 65° sagged with the 140 fork so probably 66° as it sits - the other bikes in the shed are 64° static, 63.75°, 64° and 62.5°.

Am I being dense? If it’s 65 degrees when sagged, surely it’s slacker as it sits (without anyone on board)?

Oh, and happy new bike day. Looks class!

Very possible it's me being dense... I'm going to shut my laptop as soon as this meeting ends and go ride it, been a long day. 🙂

The gravel boards need a lick of stain.

Sweet looking ride. 👌

I'll need to trim the hedge first, and sort all the weeds I carefully cropped out

Other way around for sure - somewhere between 63.5 and 64 static.

Looks badass!

Lovely bike. How was the ride?

What size is it / how tall are you?

Enjoy 😎

Very nice. I’m a big fan of the DVO Diamond forks too, though I did need to fill up the lowers with oil as they came with pretty much none in them. Only took 30 mins to do but they have been amazing since I did.

Yeah, they seem good. Mine came unused off a frend's Ripmo AF, he wanted 36s instead so I got a deal - they seemed to have plenty of oil, I had to drop them from 160 to 140 (which was a but of a battle, there's a little nut to undo inside which loosened with great ease on DVO's video but was an ordeal for my forks).

Plus they have green bits to match my brakes. The green seat clamp might be a step too far though, not sure about it.

Yeah.... have the FF frame/forks/headset/wheels now, plan is to sell it, although I'm only a handful of parts away from being able to rebuild it as a full bike, and I'm a terrible hoarder for bikes.

Yeah, you're right. Something feels or looks different though... might need to drop the bars slightly, the 2.35 tyre seems oddly skinny.... can't quite put my finger on it just yet.
