So a new (road) frame is on the way and I want to get all the parts moved over before the weekend.
What have i forgotton:
I've got a Fr derailleur (but need a braze on adapter)
Seat post moves over.
I have a headset.
I need cables.
wheels. You'll need wheels. And some tyres.
Some beers.
Chain sometimes, usually good excuse to change anyway. Cable outers maybe.
