Boy am I out of shape! I do a lot of running, but my thighs were killing hovering over the bike down the routes. That's something to work on!

Wet, muddy and that annoying drizzle that soaks you could not stop me from smiling, as i wheezed my way around a mixture of red and the blue routes at bedgebury this morning.

Dropper posts are a game changer, having never had a bar mounted one before.

Nice one.

Bike looks awesome.

Squats are really good for improving that "leg pump" thing, as I call it.

What a nice looking bike - I do love the Ragley frames :o)

Running will mean you've got strong heart and lungs but bikes require a bit of muscle too. Squats and lunges will help.
