Looking for a new back pack for riding , must have a 2 litre or more bladder, and preferably places to put tools shock pump, tyre pump etc,
any recomendations welcome, not too big , but still functional. 😀

I'm currently weighing up either the Osprey Syncros 10 or the Ergon BX2.

I've got a Vaude bag I am happy with but it's a bit big for shorter rides. I looked at getting a smaller Vaude bag, but they aren't great for little pockets and organisation, so I have decided to try something different.
The Ergon looks pretty nice, but I saw a review that the tube for the bladder has to pass over one of the internal pockets and makes it a ball ache if you have to actually get to that pocket. Kinda puts me off a bit, so I think I am erring towards the Osprey.

The Osprey is cheaper too. Am not sure if they both come with bladders or not, but I have little and large Camelbak bladders so am not bothered.

worth looking at the Deuter range, Race 10L is pretty good for all day use and a simple design makes it easy to pack

Osprey seem very good, a Raptor 14 is the next bike related item on my shopping list.
