I'm after a wide-ish rimmed (23mm+ internal) 27.5 front wheel, on a 15mm hub.
The Hope enduro comes in at £120 and the equivalent handbuilts of a Hope Pro2EVO hub on Stans FlowEX / DT EX471 are coming in at £160+
Is there anything that can get close to the Hope enduro at £120?
