Anyone camped in nevis range carpark for an Event?
Doing relentless 24, I've read its a hard surface but can tent pegs be drove in for a tent?

I have not camped there, but it is a hard packed surface, there are grassy banks around the edge and through the middle. I have seen people with gazebo type things there.
Not in the car park, hard as nails. Usually for these events camping is down either in a seperate field and/or at the rural centre. Sure the No Fuss website will give details.
if you plan to use the grassy banks round the carpark - best get there early friday......by that i mean in the carpark as soon as it opens.....NOT A HOPE IN HELL of driving in tent pegs into the hardpack. although we have pitched tents using rocks for the lines before.
The camping is up at the shinty pitch - If it rains it gets waterlogged - choose a high pitch.
