Hi,

Does anyone know how to dismantle the Canyon Nerve XC rear triangle at the bottom bracket where the radial pivot bearings are?

I'm stuck after undoing the bolts and removing the circlip. I suspect perhaps something needs hitting with a hammer but don't want to damange anything with force where force shouldn't be applied.

tia,
james.

Try this

Canyon sent it to me when I asked about bearing services

Might help you work out what to do

Already have the PDF... Have taken a closer look, it says to use a press machine for fitting the ball-joint-bushing, which I don't have. I wonder if that's what's preventing full dismantling. Don't think I want to mess around with this.

Well let me know how you get on - I've got to do the same in the spring!
